You should understand that by submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

You should print and retain a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

Please do not use this website if you do not agree with these terms and conditions.

Working Mobile Phones

To award "full working value" all handsets should meet all conditions below:

• The phone should be complete with no missing parts
• The phone must power on
• The LCD should not be cracked and all pixels will be working
• The phone will make a test call
• There will be no signs of liquid damage 
• Touchscreens must not be heavily scratched or marked

Non Working Mobile Phones

If any handset is is found to be faulty or damaged we will grade your handsets accordingly with a revised payment of up to 80% of the "full working price".

Beyond Economical Repair Mobile Phones

Mobile Phones received which that fall into the B.E.R grade will not be bought or sold by Simply Recycle.

If your handset has any one condition below we will automatically grade your handet as Beyond Economical Repair, recycle your handset accordingly and refuse to pay for these handsets. 

• Liquid Damaged
• Reported lost or stolen
• In more than one piece
• Barred by a network
• Crushed in any way

The Prices We Offer

The prices we offer on our website are valid and guarenteed for 14 days once an order has been placed, this should be enough time for your order to reach us.

If your order is received after this "14 day period" the current prices will be applied.

The Process

Once your order is received, it will be thoroughly checked and inspected to make sure it qualifies for the price initially quoted at the time of the order being placed. Once approved we will issue payment within 48 hour of this.

Should your order fall below our requirements we will adjust the prices accordingly without notice.

Postage

Simply Recycle provide a freepost service however we recommend orders are posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure safe delivery and also proof of postage is supplied at time of posting.
